Mark Edwards is an active Tri-County Head Start parent. Mark’s two daughters attend the Roberta Shirley Center in Durango. Since they started attending in 2017, Mark has been involved in program governance. He has served as President of Roberta Shirley’s Parent Committee and was voted in to be the Policy Council Representative. He has served as a Head Start Board member since May 2019 and is the Policy Council liaison. Mark is currently enrolled in a Bachelors program for his BA in psychology.
